LOUMED Commons is taking shape

Construction is underway at 316 East Chestnut Street, and we’re excited to see this bold new public green space take shape in the heart of the district. LOUMED Commons will be a place to pause, connect and recharge, whether you’re enjoying lunch under the trees, listening to live music on the lawn or taking a moment between appointments or classes.


The space will include native plantings, shaded seating, food truck parking and flexible areas that can support future events and community programming.


We look forward to welcoming you this fall for the grand opening!
